Started this product Jan 1st. It's been great. Easy, simple to use. And it WORKS ?? I have more energy for work and family. Feel way better. Managed to quit smoking on it (2packs a day) and still lost 20 pounds . Be prepared to go shopping. As your pants and shorts won't fit. Seriously , look into this.
